Bill holds degrees in Electronics Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Toledo. He is active in the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and is a member of Chief Executives Organization. He is also an active member of the Intercontinental Chapter of YPO. He previously served on the board of Crane (NYSE) for ten years, a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered products focusing the aerospace industry. He also served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Eagle Hill School for more than 20 years. Eagle Hill specializes in helping gifted children with learning disabilities get the most out of life.
